Biography

I started my career as a financial journalist when I wrote a weekly print publication about international financial markets: 'International Portfolio Strategy' in 1980 in the City and freelanced for the FT. In 1984 I moved to Hong Kong where I freelanced for the South China Morning Post and then moved to New York in 1987 where I freelanced for Manhattan Inc. From 1991 -2001 I was editor-in-chief of the following magazines in Paris: Boulevard, Living in France, Money Matters and 'Whats On'. I carried out interviews for the 'Who's Really Who' feature, and wrote about fashion, food and travel. In 2001 I became editor-in-chief of divento.com, an arts and culture platform for which I also interview key people in the arts world. More recently I have written about consumer rights and justice (or the lack of it) for litigants in person. I am bilingual and bicultural (English/French).
