Biography

I produce and host the podcast: “AuthorTopia”. It’s a podcast of surprising stories told by the people who lived them. Each episode is a 20-30 minute one-on-one conversation with an author whose essays, autobiography, or memoir describes important and colorful events in their lives. The podcast will explore the impact these events have had on the author and others who matter to them. I love a good story well told and aim to do that as best as I can with every piece I produce. I recently produced an award winning short documentary film about the impact of dementia on my parents, titled: Lousy: Love in the Time of Dementia. I also help entrepreneurs and non-profits create videos to tell their stories. I started in television as an animator on Peewee's Playhouse, associate producer of political spots at Sawyer Miller Associates and entered network news production at ABC's 'Day One'. I've produced magazine format stories at ABC's 20/20, at CNN and at MSNBC's "Your Business".
