His son, Marty, Marty’s wife Jennifer, and daughter Bailey accompanied us. Bailey is an eighth grader and an accomplished school athlete. It was to be her first time firing a pistol. Marty gave her a .380 semiautomatic, a smaller pistol designed for concealed carry. It featured a Crimson trace laser pointer.
