But, he’s not alone. Some members of Congress, on both sides, are totally misleading the public.

While planning the menu, I remembered those individual cups of ice cream I enjoyed when I was a kid. Chocolate sundae was my favorite. You take the top off and the chocolate fudge was smeared on the lid. Licking the lid was part of the eating experience. Open, lick, throw away and start on the cup contents. Those ice cream cups are perfect for a little kid’s party, so I went in search.
