Gabriella Hoffman is a freelance journalist, policy analyst, podcaster, and award-wining writer based in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area. Gabriella is director of Independent Women's Forum's Center for Energy and Conservation. She supplements her work as a senior policy analyst with the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow and as host of the weekly District of Conservation podcast. From July 2016 to November 2023, she was a full-time freelancer consulting non-profits, political campaigns, start-ups, small businesses, and veteran-owned companies. She previously worked for Morton Blackwell's Leadership Institute from 2012-2016 as a Regional Field Coordinator and as a Reporting Intern for Media Research Center in summer 2012.
