According to court documents, federal judges have sentenced 61-year-old James Louis Peronis, of Aliquippa, to five years in prison for the possession and intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine. Law enforcement arrested Peronis in July 2021 during a traffic stop after a consensual search of his vehicle.
