By Ged McMahon Verified| footyalmanac.com.au@ Just over a decade ago, I was enrolled in a writing and editing course. The student body was thoughtful, worldly, sophisticated, and painfully hip. One day, a fellow student raised his nose and dismissively proclaimed that he didn’t own a pair of tracksuit pants. By Ged McMahon Verified| footyalmanac.com.au@ Kids these days don’t know how good they’ve got it. No doubt this is a timeless refrain, but I was reminded of its validity recently when I bought my son a new Bombers hoodie. It was the real deal, albeit technically last year’s design. Most importantly, he loves it – and pretty much hasn’t taken it off since first putting it on.
