By Geoff Pursinger| Portland Tribune Verified Two Harney County gun owners are asking the Oregon Supreme Court to weigh in on Measure 114, the voter-approved gun law they say violates the state’s constitution. Joseph Arnold and Cliff Asmussen filed a petition on April 14, asking the state Supreme Court to take up the case. The two men are joined by the gun-rights groups Gun Owners of America and the Gun Owners Foundation. Though voters approved Ballot Measure 114 in 2022, the measure never went into effect, due to ongoing legal challenges.
