Biography
A rocket scientist at heart and by education and with 20 years of career in information technology. A methodical attitude, and a comprehensive general and professional education, with an MSc from Moscow Bauman State Technical University and an MBA from International University in Moscow. Following university, Lisikh worked in Moscow, Russia and then the Greater Toronto Area, rising to chief information officer with the Napoleon Group of Companies. His last six years have been spent in IT research and advisory services, a field requiring frequent technical writing, which prompted research and publication in new fields. Lisikh was born in the former Soviet Union and lived in a number of Soviet cities, an experience that brings a particular perspective to recent social and political developments in Canada. He lives with his wife and three children in Vaughan, Ontario.
