Known as the Disaster Avoidance Expert, Dr. Gleb Tsipursky has extensive expertise in addressing potential disasters in business and civic engagement. In business, he has over 20 years of experience consulting, coaching, and professional speaking on helping leaders and organizations avoid business disasters. He serves as the CEO of the boutique consulting firm Disaster Avoidance Experts, which helps clients dramatically improve their bottom line through addressing threats, maximizing opportunities, and resolving persistent personnel problems. In civic engagement, he co-founded the nonprofit Intentional Insights devoted to popularizing truthful behavior and wise decision-making, whose main focus is the Pro-Truth Pledge, a project that aims to promote truth in public discourse through combining behavioral science and crowd-sourcing. He has a strong research and teaching background in behavioral science with over 15 years in academia, including 7 years as a professor at the Ohio State University and before that a Fellow at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
