Most employees are still working entirely from their phones, Lauren Wirtis, a DEQ spokesperson, said Friday. The agency has said it plans to have all servers rebuilt and online by the end of the day, she said. Vehicle emission stations reopened on Monday in Medford and on Tuesday in the Portland area, Wirtis said.
