It's a small production by normal standards (but big by no-budget standards - some will know what I'm talking about). It's a perfectly encapsulated tale from the first frame to the last. The Emory Wheel was founded in 1919 and is currently the only independent, student-run newspaper of Emory University. The Wheel publishes weekly (Wednesday) during the academic year, except during University holidays and scheduled publication intermissions.
