  • 2 charged after shooting on North Liberty Street, Winston-Salem police say

(WGHP) — Two people have been charged after a woman was shot while driving in Winston-Salem. According to the Winston-Salem Police Department, 19-year-old Timothie Makie Joyner and 17-year-old Cimal Rashona Braxton were arrested and charged on Wednesday after the Tuesday night shooting. At about 5:19 p.m. on Tuesday, Winston-Salem police say officers responded to a shooting on the 1600 block of North Liberty Street.
