County, including any disparities they may face in areas such as health care, housing, and access to services. Supervisor Hilda Solis introduced the motion with the Westside’s Lindsey Horvath co-sponsoring. L.A. County is home to over 4.7 million Latinos, representing the largest ethnic group in the region.
