North Yorkshire Police said the incident happened at 8.10pm on Monday, March 24 at Morrisons in Castlegate, Malton, and involved a quantity of spirits been stolen. "Please contact us if you recognise the man pictured on CCTV, as he may have information that will assist our investigation," a spokesperson added.

As The Press reported, North Yorkshire Police have put cordons in place in the Shambles outside both Shambles Tavern and Monk Bar Chocolatiers, after they said burglars struck in the early hours of this morning, April 15. Now, in an update, officers said that the Café Nero in King's Square was also targeted.
