Hiren Pandit has been working as Program Coordinator and Research Fellow for Bangladesh NGOs Network for Radio and Communication (BNNRC). He has been working in the development field of Bangladesh since 1994 with 29 years of professional experience in various capacities of advocacy, funding, and implementing organizations and has gathered sound knowledge on the development sector of Bangladesh. He has ample knowledge of human rights issues, women empowerment, community mobilization, mass communication, advocacy & lobbying, public relation, information, and communication.
