The motorcycle driver and passenger were transported by ground ambulance to Miami Valley Hospital with serious injuries. The Clark County Sheriff’s Office, Bethel Twp. Eric Sheldon. Sheldon said police officers found Webb at the scene and he was transported to an area hospital, where he died from his injuries that morning.
