    By Ian Bradley Verified| KTVU-TV (Oakland, CA) Verified Skeletal remains found in the Muir Woods National Monument in 1982 have been identified, the Marin County Sheriff's Office reported on Monday. Using DNA testing, investigators were able to determine that the remains belonged to Sigvard Svensson, a San Francisco resident. Sheriff's deputies were called to the scene after the discovery of skeletal remains near the Deer Park Fire Trail in Marin County in November 1982.
