Biography

I am a reporter and photographer for the Scottsbluff Star-Herald. I am a native New Yorker living in western Nebraska covering a variety of beats and issues, particularly health and state and national parks. I also write enterprise series a few times a year. Away from the Star-Herald, I maintain my own website and have recently finished a memoir that I am now seeking representation on. I have written two magazines for the Star-Herald. The first was about solar eclipses in preparation for the 2017 total solar eclipse. The second was on the history of Fort Robinson. I have won awards in the AP Regional contest, the National Federation of Press Women, the Nebraska Press Association, and Nebraska Press Women. I secretly wish to use the Oxford comma at work, but take pity on the copy editors.
