Police say Tyler Leavitt, 40, pulled up to the event at the church's main campus on Schwartz Road just after 9 p.m. Saturday, a few minutes after the event formally ended.

Sheriff's deputies say the two-car crash happened at 8:49 p.m. on Thanksgiving on Old Road 30, west of Brallier Road. Deputies say Manuel Apolinar Tlahuetl, 24, of Warsaw, and Heather M. Rice, 54, of Columbia City, died on scene after crashing head-on. Deputies say they don't know what caused the crash.
