His death is a suspected suicide, a source said. A spokesperson for the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office said the death occurred early Sunday morning, April 13. Lacy was arrested earlier this year on charges related to a deadly hit-and-run crash in Lafourche Parish. A grand jury was set to start hearing evidence in the case tomorrow morning
