The Cape Hatteras National Seashore said the unoccupied house collapsed at 23241 Surf Side Drive in Rodanthe, North Carolina. This is the seventh house to fall this year and the 11th house in the last four years. The last house fell on Sept. 24 and it was the third within a week.
