Jade Wright is an award-winning freelance journalist with more than 20 years' experience in broadcasting, newspapers, magazines and online journalism. After working for the BBC and completing 11 years at the Liverpool Echo, she began working freelance and is a regular contributor to regional and national publications, including writing Metro's Liverpool pages each week. She also edits Good Taste Magazine. She undertakes media and PR consultancy work and lectures in journalism and PR. She is a member of the Guild of Food Writers and has written a number of books.
