The No. 3 seed Green Dragons lost 13-6 to the sixth-seeded West Shore Wildcats at Roger Scarborough Memorial Stadium in the Class 1A-District 10 tournament quarterfinals. The Green Dragons got off to a strong start in the first quarter. After a stop on their first defensive drive they ripped off a few chunk plays on offense to get in prime territory.

The loss ousted the Green Dragons from the Class 3A-District 11 tournament quarterfinals and thus ended their season. It marked the third time they were shutout all season as it just didn’t seem like pulling out a win was meant to be. “We didn’t play well, but it just wasn’t our night either,” Head Coach Josh Zahller said.
