Anywho, in the scene about 1/3 into the movie they are about to get into the water to try and tranq a baby great white and this character Philip FitzRoyce is getting suited up and he flashes a watch that I think may be a seiko but I can't say for sure.

I have one similar to the blue one, but I think I prefer the cream-colored 3rd one you show. Like you, I prefer simple dial designs, but the Easy Reader is almost too simple, if that's possible. I had an Easy Reader, but gave it away to Goodwill — it was just too basic for my tastes, and it felt cheap on my wrist. Plus it reminded me of school clocks.
