The 32-year-old who was originally from Mallow in north Cork was pronounced dead at Cork University Hospital on Monday night. Reece Keogh, of North Main Street, Youghal, Co Cork appeared at Midleton District Court charged with murder. Detective Garda John O’Donovan told the court, Keogh replied ‘Not guilty’ when the charge was put to him.
