2006 graduated from SAIT print media journalism program. From St. Paul, Alberta, returned to my hometown straight out of college and have been working with the St. Paul Journal (more recently known as Lakeland This Week/LakelandToday) for over 15 years. Currently the news editor for Lakeland This Week, which reaches from Lac La Biche, to Bonnyville, and then to St. Paul/Elk Point.

The Canadiens earned their spot in the finals after beating the Saskatoon Royals 5-4 in the semi-finals. The Royals were the only team to beat the Canadiens in round robin play. The Icemen beat the Current River Storm 10-2 in their semi-final game.
