My name is Japheth Omondi Ogila. I am the founding Managing Editor of The African Scribe (TAS). In brief, TAS is a regional news website that focuses on engaging stories revolving around governance and accountability in East and Central Africa. Local cattle keepers said the affected animals developed big wounds in their hooves and swellings in their bodies, lost strength and died in a matter of hours. Aguto Riak, a cattle keeper told The City Review that about 30 cows died in Ataak and Lawoi cattle camps two weeks ago.
