By Danielle MacKimm Verified, Jared Turner| KGAN-TV (Cedar Rapids, IA) Verified A massive two-alarm fire erupted early Friday morning at a recycling facility just south of the Salt Lake City International Airport, sending thick black smoke billowing into the sky and prompting an emergency response. Crews from the Salt Lake City Fire Department were dispatched around 6 a.m. to 3150 West 900 South after flames and smoke were seen coming from a large pile of recycled vehicles at the facility.
