Possibly the biggest since Apple swept away skeuomorphism back in iOS 7. The latest leak gives us a few hints at it, though maybe not at much as it seems. Jon Prosser’s 10-minute video spends a lot of time in a catfight over who leaked what first and who has the real info, but only offers a few small insights into the actual design changes.

Obviously new and improved models are important, and so in increased training, but Apple has a particularly hard time of this because its privacy policies are a lot more strict than other companies creating AI products.

The first developer release landed on April 2, and we expect a wide release in May (or possibly late April). The last few iOS versions had their x.5 releases in May, with only minor features and changes, and we expect the same this year, especially now that the anticipated new Siri has been delayed.
