They imposed an additional €1 million penalty for each day Hungary fails to comply. Last week, Hungarian minister Gergely Gulyás announced they will offer migrants free bus tickets to Brussels, where the EU is headquartered, in a move that echoes the tactics of Governors Greg Abbott of Texas and Ron DeSantis of Florida.
