Beneficial? Apparently!They all began taking it fairly recently. I was not one of the six, but I am endlessly fascinated by how this ingredient has been re-marketed. Let’s just say it outright: Creatine is a comeback queen. It used to deliver one thing, but now it sort of delivers another, thanks to new research, i.e., cognitive function.
