Jeanine has a variety of interests and quite an eclectic background — she’s a scientist by training and is also a watercolor/collage artist, comedy screenwriter, children’s book author and a fashion and product designer — which accounts for the array of genre she writes about: health, medicine, lifestyle, fitness, wellness, food and wine, contemporary art, design and architecture as well as parks and gardens and active travel. Because of her science background — which includes work in nutrition, exercise physiology, microbiology, epidemiology and immunity — she is often asked to speak on how to stay fit and healthy on the road as well as provide tips for safe travel as a woman traveling alone.
