By Jeff Bell Verified| Times Colonist Verified Victoria police say second-degree murder charges have been laid against two men in a fatal stabbing last year on Douglas Street near Burnside Road East. Police were called to the 2900-block of Douglas Street on April 9, 2024, and found a man suffering from stab wounds. Officers and paramedics provided emergency medical treatment but the man succumbed to his injuries. He was later identified as Oliver Nicholson.
