The commissioners decided Tuesday morning to table a proposed resolution that would make the NCHD a subdivision of state government. The department now is in the joint control of six northeast Colorado counties – Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington and Yuma – with each county holding board positions.
