The Proctor Golf Course was one of the local courses to open. After opening a few weeks ago, they were forced to close after a late March snowfall, and on Saturday from 9 a.m. on, they were fully booked. “Just got the itch, needed to play, I guess. I don’t know, it’s fun. I’ve been waiting all winter, honestly,” said Donnie Sherman.
