I'm the Canada Editor of Utah-based National Parks Traveler, and a Lowell Thomas award-winning Toronto-based journalist and travel writer who freelances for a variety of publications. My books include: Lonely Planet Atlantic Canada (2024, I wrote the Newfoundland & Labrador chapter), 111 Places in Ottawa That You Must Not Miss (2022), 111 Places in Calgary That You Must Not Miss (2020), Buffalo Girls Cooks Bison ( 2014), and the Toronto Star Cookbook: More Than 150 Diverse & Delicious Recipes Celebrating Ontario (2013).
