    By Jennifer Christman Verified| Arkansas Living Magazine Verified Gramma’s  Pumpkin Bread3 cups sugar3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour1 cup oil4 eggs2 teaspoons baking soda1 1/2  teaspoons salt1 1/2  teaspoons cinnamon1 1/2  teaspoons nutmeg1 (15-ounce) can pure pumpkin puree2/3 cup water1 cup pecans, choppedHeat oven to 350. Grease and flour three loaf pans. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients with electric mixer. Divide batter evenly between three loaf pans. Bake 1 hour. Remove from oven when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
