By Jenny Day Verified| KFMB-TV (San Diego, CA) Verified EL CAJON, Calif. — El Cajon Police confirmed with CBS 8 a man in his 40's was shot and killed around 9:45pm Sunday. The 1100 block of East Madison Avenue was still surrounded by crime scene tape Monday morning. The shooting happened in the Wells Park parking lot. El Cajon Police say the victim was transported to the hospital and later died. Officers added they are searching for two suspects.
