Dyer pleaded guilty to all three counts in September. Jackson County Circuit Court documents from December show that the court found "substantial and compelling reason for a downward dispositional departure" when sentencing Dyer.

Jackson County Circuit Court Presiding Judge Benjamin Bloom today granted a former nurse's motion to stay, or stop, the civil case pending her criminal trial in the same matter.
