Sleep is EverythingI used to stay up almost all night working late on freelance or personal projects, then after 2 to 4 hours of fitful sleep, I’d wake up early to go to work or whatever obligations I have, dragging through the day completely miserable. Repeat this enough, and you are literally shortening your life.
