    By Jill Whalen| Lehigh Valley Press Verified Retired Pennsylvanians might qualify for reduced vehicle registration fees, and some veterans may be eligible for free vehicle registration and free titling fees. Thanks to recent changes in state laws, retirees who earn $29,906 or less per year can qualify for a reduced registration fee of $11 annually. The previous annual income threshold for a retired customer was $19,200. Customers will be notified of the changes when they receive their registration renewal forms.
