Arp native and Cowboys linebacker DeMarvion Overshown made a cameo as the rodeo opened up. Overshown was seen taking pictures and signing autographs for fans at the rodeo. The jersey he holds up features his number 0, a new addition to his Cowboys uniform, and a callback to the Agent "0" moniker he built at Texas.
By Jimmie Searfoss Verified| KYTX-TV (Tyler, TX) Verified ATHENS, Texas — The Athens Police Department collaborated with the Henderson County District Attorney's Office to arrest three suspects after a shooting. At around 2 a.m., April 5, a white sedan occupied by five adults pulled up on three minors, and pointed guns at them. The suspects fired several shots at the minors, with one hitting a 15-year-old. The teenager was then taken to a local hospital, and has since been released.

The 30-9 Patriots wasted no time building an early lead against the Lobos after scoring two runs in the first inning. A five-run second inning put Tyler ahead 7-0, and the home team cruised their way to a victory the rest of the game. Patriots starter Rawley Hector struck out 10 in his five inning outing, allowing five hits and no runs.
