The charges against Adam Patrick Danaher, 47, most recently of 107 N. Franklin St., relate to the stabbing of Patrick Kantane, of Coal Township in the 100 block of North Beech Street in Mount Carmel on Jan. 21, 2022.

    By Joe Sylvester Verified| Standard Journal Verified KULPMONT — Former Northumberland County Commissioner Vinny Clausi told Kulpmont Borough Council members on Wednesday night that it is unconstitutional to charge residents for handicapped parking signs. Clausi spoke in support of Steven Wagner, of 1046 Chestnut St., in the borough, who had paid $25 for a sign but the borough had it removed, apparently because he didn’t pay for the full three years.
