As far as providing reliably long lines and frustrated human beings, that is. One of my first columns at the Watch Dog, in November 2022, was about long, frustrating waits at the local DMV license office on Patton Avenue. Not much has changed, judging by the lines there Thursday, and from my email bag, which is full of complaints.
