Herndon, Virginia-based EdgeConnex bought the Johnstown and New Albany properties in a series of transactions recorded in mid-March. A spokesperson for VanTrust said the company had no additional comment.

A pair of industrial properties next to Rickenbacker International Airport have been acquired for $29.5 million. An entity that shares an address with Starwood Capital Group – a private investment firm based in Miami – bought the sites at 6969 and 6963 Alum Creek Dr., according to the Franklin County Auditor. Starwood bought 6969 Alum Creek for $15 million and paid $14.5 million for 6963 Alum Creek.
