The target firm becomes Waverly’s sixth location in Florida. Fiduciary Wealth Advisors is led by founder and wealth advisor Scott Collins. Collins formed Fiduciary Wealth Advisors in 2014 and will join Waverly as a partner and wealth advisor. The transaction closed last Friday. Specific financial details were not disclosed.
