Denver’s city clerk says enough signatures were gathered to send repeal of tobacco flavor ban to voters

A pair of groups, led by vape shops, gathered more than 17,000 signatures to put a repeal to voters. The clerk's office said this week nearly 11,000 were valid. That’s enough to place the measure on the ballot this year. The city council will decide whether to put it on the November ballot or call a special session at a different date.
