According to a permit with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and first reported by Covering Katy, the new Whataburger will be at 24710 Morton Ranch Rd. The build-out is estimated to cost around $2.5 million and should finish by Dec. 31, 2025. The restaurant will be around 3,300 square feet.
