  • Great Forecast for Good Friday

By John Lynn Verified| WJBF-TV (Augusta, GA) Verified As of 6am Friday: Good Friday is off to a great start with a clear sky and temps in the upper 40s to low 50s. We’ll enjoy lots of sunshine today as a ridge of high pressure sits in the Atlantic and will give us a warm flow from the south. Highs today will reach above average in the mid-80s with winds south at 5-10 mph with a few gusts up to 15 mph. If you are headed out this evening the forecast looks nice with a clear sky and temps will cool into the upper 50s by Saturday morning.

  • Warming up with lots of sun for Thursday

By John Lynn Verified| WJBF-TV (Augusta, GA) Verified As of 6am Thursday: We kick off the morning with chilly temps in the low to mid 40s and a crystal clear sky. We can thank high pressure as the chamber of commerce forecast will continue today with lots of sunshine and highs will return to the upper 70s which is average for this time of year. Winds will not be an issue today, they’ll be from the SE at 5 mph. We are in need of some rain, but we’ll have to wait to next week to get it. Sky remains clear tonight with mild morning lows in the low 50s.
